William Blake Lodge O.T.O.
Located in: Baltimore, Maryland
Clergy Profile: We have amongst our membership ordained priestesses, priests, and bishops of the Gnostic Catholic Church (Ecclesia Gnostica Catholica or E.G.C.) who offer service the Order, our William Blake Lodge members, and the greater community. E.G.C. deacons and bishops may be of either gender.
E.G.C. is the religious arm of Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.) . The local chapter of O.T.O. is William Blake Lodge in Baltimore, MD which serves the NoVA/MD/DC metro area.
Thelemic clergy of the E.G.C. provide:
*celebrations of birth
*celebrations of fire and water (puberty celebrations for boys and girls)
*celebrations of marriage
(legally binding in Washington D.C. and Maryland. We can and will officiate same-sex marriages in Maryland and D.C.
In the Commonwealth of VA, we follow the out-of-state clergy requirements.)
*handfastings
*administration to the sick and injured
*administration to the dying
*celebrations of death
*pastoral counseling
Special celebratory Gnostic Masses can be arranged for weddings, handfastings, baptisms, confirmations, ordinations, Feasts of Fire/Water (puberty) , Feasts of Life (births) and Feasts of Death (funerals) .

Our clergy also provide:
*baptisms in the E.G.C. (watery, open to all, age 12 and up)
*confirmations in the E.G.C. (fiery, open to those baptized, age 12 and up)
*novice clergy training (O.T.O. members only)
*ordination of deacons (O.T.O. members only)
*ordination of priestesses and priests (O.T.O. members only)
*opportunities to celebrate the Gnostic Mass as a ritual officer (O.T.O. members only)
William Blake Lodge operates a non-residential, permanent temple of over 2300 sq ft in Baltimore. Facilities include a temple, dining/classroom area, bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Please contact us for details.

Rates: Recommended donations to the Lodge for clergy services are $200 plus travel and/or the use of our temple. O.T.O. & E.G.C. members who pay WBL temple dues receive this benefit as part of their membership and may make arrangements with individual clergy.
