Clergy Profile: I am licensed by the Maine Pagan Clergy Association (of which I am president) . My training includes 13 years as a priestess, currently of the Temple of Brigantia. I have officiated and assisted at several weddings/handfastings, and planned my own wedding in 2000.
I am co-author (with Cynthia Jane Collins) of "Building a Magical Relationship: The Five Points of Love, " a marriage and relationships manual with a Pagan perspective.
I am not in any way trained or licensed as a counselor, but have some knowledge and experience of relationships, marriage ceremonies and Pagan ritual, and am willing to talk with engaged couples and their families about any concerns they may have.
In addition, I perform in a Renaissance music group (the DisSonatas) , which provides lively, fun music at weddings and other events. If interested, visit http://www.dissonatas.com for more information. We generally require booking at least two months in advance.
Rates: Fee for performing a wedding, including running the rehearsal and meeting with the couple, is $200, plus travel expenses if site is outside of Cumberland or York County.
