He has been a Reiki Master for since 1995 and has been involved in Reiki since 1987.
He is also involved in Crystal Healing and other energy modalities .
He is the founder of the Center of Jen Chi Ho in New York City, a Reiki Healing Center that has served in the NYC area for over 10 years.
Alfred follows the Welsh and Irish shamanic traditions.
Workshops are currently held in various venues in the continental USA for both Reiki and Shamanic pathways
