Clergy Profile: Merry Meet! My name is Silvanus Moonspirit. I began researching and studying different religions at the age of 10. At the age of 13, I discovered the path of Wicca. I studied/practiced for many years as a solitary. When I met Emeraldmoon Windsong, I began formally studying under her tutelage. I completed her degree program and began teaching classes at a local shop. I am currently teaching workshops at Enchanted Willow in St. Robert.
I am currently taking on students for Independent Study. I offer two programs. I have an accelorated program available for those who already have some knowledge of the craft, as well as a more traditional 3 degree program.
The traditional program:
In first degree, we start off with basics in philosophy and develop individual concepts of dieties. From there, students begin examining themselves on deeper levels.
In second degree, students study different types of magick, ritual, divination, and individualized areas of study.
In third degree, students learn the ins and outs of teaching. They also design a cirriculum and begin an apprenticeship. Students also learn the duties of being a priest/priestess in the community.
