Clergy Profile: Greetings. I am Davron Michaels from Albany, NY. I am currently the Arch Priest and CEO of the New Aeon Church Church International and the Pastor of the Astral Light Metaphysical Church. I am also the Associate Director of Chrysalis Ministries, Director of the Tarot Certification Board of America, Chief Gye of the Albany Chapter of Earthwise Gyre, and a member of many organizations including the Fellowship of Isis and the Thelemic Order of the Golden Dawn.
I currently work as a University administrator and college professor. I am also a professional photographer, consultant, and an international entrepreneaur. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and a Master's Degree in Labor and Policy Studies as well as a PhD in Metaphysics and a Doctor of Divinity.
I am a Master of Reiki, Karuna Ki, Seichim, and many other energy healing systems; a certified Tarot Master, Herbalist, crystal healer, Aromatherapist, and Hypnotist. I am also a Paranormal Investigator, ceremonial magician, and work with many different pagan and magickal groups around the world.
I have been a member of the New Aeon Church International and a practitioner of the Universal Nativist faith for nearly a decade and have served in many leadership roles with the Church and many other organizations over the years. I also currently serve as the President of the Church's New Aeon College and Seminary and have previously served as the President of Witch School.
I am a strong believer in freedom of religion and the importance of community and inter-faith outreach. I coordinate a variety of community gatherings and charitable projects in New York and work with other Pagan groups, the media, academic researchers, and the community to raise awareness about paganism and to address Pagan rights issues.
I am available for a full range of Wiccan, Pagan, and Metaphysical clerical services including weddings, handfastings, rites of passage ceremonies, public rituals, and clerical counseling. My rates for clerical services are negotiable and I am willing to travel if travel expenses are reimbursed, where my schedule permits.
