Clergy Profile: Blessed Greetings,
I have 40+ years experience as a hereditary practitioner of African American, Irish and Native American spiritual traditions. Graduated and ordained as an Interfaith Minister from New Seminary, NYC, in 1997. In 2002, with my first class of students, the only legally registered, Goddess Temple in Staten Island, NY was co-founded to function as a Sistarhood; offering a safe, sacred, healing space to meet the Goddess.
Serving as HPs. for 11 years, we currently have 5 active priestesses. The temple has open cirlces for sabbats and closed classes and esbat circles for members. We officiate weddings, handfastings, baby blessings, home cleansings/ blessings, womyn's rites of passage, funerals and memorials. Annual retreats and a 2 yr. Priestess of the Goddess training is offered.
To the general community, we offer reiki, sound healing, divination and spiritual counseling, in addition to volunteering for not for profit organizations, including 4 years as Wiccan Clergy at Arthur Kill Correctional Facility.
And so it is.
