Clergy Profile: My husband Lucien and I have been officiating together at legal and/or ceremonial handfastings since 2001. Lucien began officiating several years earlier. Both of us are ordained through the ULC and have studied Wicca and other paganism since 1992, though via different paths.
As ordained ministers we can perform legal marriages in Washington state. We also have experience officiating at other rites of passage including New Life Celebrations (e.g. Wiccanings) , Coming of Age, Croning & Eldering, and Death & Dying ceremonies.
Our public ceremony experience includes volunteer work with prison ministry (since 2000) , the Spokane Pagan Alliance (since 1999) , CUUPs (since 2004) and Spokane-Inland NW Pagan Pride (since 2004) .
Rates: We charge $75 for handfasting ceremonies with additional travel fees for distances outside of the City of Spokane. There are no fees for memorial services though we encourage donations to CUUPs in lieu of any fee. Other rites are negotiable.
