Clergy Profile: Aunde Cornely is an Herbalist and Celtic Priestess initiated at Brighid’s Academy of Healing Arts. Her training includes both Celtic herbal and spirituality studies. She is a follower of the Celtic Wise Woman tradition trained and initiated by Gina McGarry, Ard Ban Draoi. She believes in the incredible power of the body to heal itself when properly nourished and in touch with Spirit. Inspired by her Irish heritage, Aunde began her study of ancient Celtic traditions more than 10 years ago, ultimately leading her to Brighid’s Academy. Aunde has traveled to Ireland where she pursued further intensive studies at Brighid’s Academy with Gina McGarry, including numerous pilgrimages to sacred sites. She also studied the art of dowsing with Master Diviner Anthony McNaulty, and furthered her studies of astrology with the gifted Jennifer Hogue.
