When my children reached their teen years I began my pursuit of higher education and career aspirations. I held a triple major in Psychology, Sociology, and Social Work and a double minor in Comparative Religion and Cultural Anthropology. My main areas of research were addiction as a spiritual emergency and Jungian psychology. Upon graduation I began my professional life as an Addictions Practitioner in which I specialized in adolescent chemical dependency. Developing a deep aversion to the bureaucratic mess of our mental health and big government agencies, I rebelled and began the next leg of my journey—Shamanism. I soon founded an Earth-centered spiritual group, Kindred Spirits, where a number of mystical misfits found their way into the fold. I was once again free to pursue my natural talents of human service using my gifts of hermetic and esoteric intuition. I have been a practicing Shaman for over 10 years.
By celebrating the light and embracing the shadow my approach to esoteric consultation is dual in nature. My basic approach is to serve as a conduit to my client’s own inner wisdom. I thoroughly believe we are our own priests and priestesses, our own oracles. I do not lead. I do not follow blindly.
