 Website Profile: Summerland Gate, a healing place for grieving Pagans
I created this board primarily as a place for Pagans to come together and talk about their grief. It's my hope that this board will provide a safe and nurturing environment for Pagans of all paths, beliefs, and lifestyles to come together, make friends, find support, and help each other, without fear of judgment. Though this forum is geared toward Pagans, people from all faiths are welcome here, as well as folks who may not hold to any spiritual beliefs.
Everyone grieves differently, no one person's loss is any worse than another's. Whether you’re grieving the loss of a parent, child, spouse, partner, family member, friend, pet or familiar you will find support to help get you through.
Sometimes the grieving process starts before a loved one passes on. In the case of a long term illness, many times people need the help and support of a community of friends to help them prepare.
I'm not a therapist or councilor, my site does not provide any professional or medical services. I’m just a person who wants to bring other people together to talk, laugh, vent, learn, and support each other.
Summerland Gate is brand new! Allot of the boards don’t even have threads started in them yet. So, feel free to start a conversation about almost anything.
