 Website Profile: The TN Statewide Pagan Events Calendar yahoogroup exists as a clearinghouse for dates & events in and directly bordering the state of Tennessee!
Everything from Pagan-led knitting classes in Knoxville & weekly Pagan luncheons in Morristown to the most up-to-date information on large festivals like Pagan Unity Festival, Memphis May Day and Festival of Souls is listed on our statewide Calendar, used both to network with Pagans in other parts of Tennessee and to avoid overscheduling local events, meetups and happenings! We also list events of general community interest such as grocery relief programs & voting dates.
Since its inception in late September, 2006, over 200 people have started using & contributing to TNSPEC. Coming in to 2007, we have events listed in 23 Tennessee cities...but we'd love a few more! I'm sure there's a Tarot class, open circle, weekend camping event or other meetup or two we haven't found!
If you're in or right close to Tennessee, please feel free to join TNSPEC, share events near you, and use our Calendar to keep you informed about "what's happening" on the local level.
(TNSPEC gets some of its information through WitchVox and is grateful for its continued assistance to all Pagans; however, this community-based group focuses on events happening so locally that they often do not get listed on WV, as well as serving as a pre-scheduling tool and informational source about the Tennessee community at-large, making it unique.)
