 Website Profile: This is a moderated discussion group intended to promote positive ethics in the Pagan community.
While Wicca is unquestionably the path chosen by the majority of people who identify themselves as Pagan, it is not the only one. All variants of Paganism are welcome here; so long as the emphasis is personal growth, spiritual enlightenment, and positive ethics.
The media is full of malefic Witches who hex and bind and do all sorts of unpleasant and unethical things. It is only by our individual efforts that this negative stereotype will be replaced by something closer to the truth. Join us in this effort to seek the Light.

P.S. Many groups say "Flaming will not be tolerated." While that is true here, I would caution members that this group will be a place where the discussion will be kept at a civil and respectful level, even if we disagree.
I may ask you to revise a post which seems inappropriate to me. I hope you will respond to that without feeling singled out; I do it all the time, it's not personal. If that seems too heavy-handed for you, there are many other groups available.
In addition, we do not discuss politics here.
