Event Details: AUTUMN EQUINOX – MABON CELEBRATION
Saturday 23rd March
As the Sun sits over the Equator, and Night & Day and Dark & Light are of equal length, come celebrate the time of perfect balance, in the pause before Darkness begins to Eclipse the Light.
Bring along your drum, or other musical instrument, & join in the energy raising & music beneath the Golden Autumn Foliage of the mighty Oaks. Take part in the afternoon ritual and our traditional Battle of Light & Dark, celebrating balance, then the symbolic triumph of Darkness and the descent towards Winter.
All contributions of fun, food, music & magic welcome. We’re looking forward to seeing you there.
When: Saturday 23rd March
Where: 130 Boronia Rd., Vermont.
Time: 10.30am till 6.00pm
Ritual: approx 2pm
Cost: A gold coin donation please.

Directions: WHERE TO FIND US
We are in a wooden house hidden by trees and bushes at the bottom of a shared driveway with two houses; one to the right and one to the left. Walk down the drive, there will be signs indicating where to go. The gravel path leading off the main concrete drive is us. Go through the double gates behind the car (s) and you will find yourself in a magical garden. You’ve arrived. Welcome.
Please don’t park in the driveway itself. There is parking on Boronia Rd., you may have to walk back a little bit – it’s healthy. If driving from the Eastlink Fwy, look for the 70 speed sign on the left. We’re right there. If coming from Canterbury Rd., when you pass Centre Rd look for the U-turn lane soon after. As you U-turn into Boronia Rd., we are immediately on the left.
If coming by Bus and/or Train, the 738 bus from Mitcham Station stops across the road near Hollyrood Drive. Just cross the road (carefully) we’re right there.
The 742 bus from Chadstone enters Boronia Rd from Morack Rd and turns off almost immediately down Centre Rd. Get off at the first stop in Centre Rd., walk back to Boronia Rd and turn left down the hill until you reach Hollyrood Drive. We’re on the opposite side of the road.
