Meditations (Guided Visualizations & Essential Oils)
Event Details: We slowly increase our silent mediation times following a basic structure of: grounding, centering, relaxing, going on a guided journey inwards or outwards, and ending with silent meditation.
We will also enjoy "the 18 Breath Meditation". This is a way to connect with Essential Oils and understand what they can offer you on every level.
$12 drop in fee – please call to reserve your spot.

THURSDAY December 11th, 2008 - Connect with the Spirit of Sandalwood through it’s Essential Oil & Enjoy the Ocean Meditation:
The purpose of this exercise is to help you begin your journey to meditation and self healing. Visualization is very important to self healing and this exercise will help you learn the basic steps in the process. As you’ve seen in previous exercises, you can consciously and drastically change how your body is responding and living. This control over your body will help you feel more confident and aware in your everyday life.
With this exercise we turn the focus inward as well as outward, opening our minds and hearts to the vast universe. It is an introduction to true silent meditation. By putting yourself in a space that is vastly empty and unexciting you are removing distractions from your mind, allowing it to focus on the infinite.
