We do have a change of presenters Fritz Muntean, Diana Tracy, Louise Bunn, and the Circle of Cerridwen will be presenting ‘Cerridwen and the Cauldron of Transformation’ replacing Andrew and Leslie Marsh.
This conference/gathering is to bring together the Shamanic Community & Family of all Traditions, and to invite the Clans, Tribes and Families of other countries to come together in Community, in accordance to the Wolven Path Tradition; we call to everyone to join the Gathering and celebrate the earth, the Stars, the Spirits and the magic of each other.
It is in this Community we come to share our wisdom, our experience, our spirit, our blessings, and our healing.
The focused theme of the conference is to be
‘Return to the Forest’
This Conference will be a ceremonial gathering; One Large Ceremony, in which each part, presentation, workshop and participant is called to be a prayerful ritual that sanctifies, binds, weaves, and gathers the Ceremony in a healing act of forgiveness by and tending of the Earth and a calling to the Descendants.
As humans we have wandered far from our primal relationship with the Forest; our equal status with all Children of the Forest. We have made ourselves superior; caretakers, overlords, guardians of the earth; we have made the Earth ours.
We have forgotten through fear, pride and judgment that the earth is not ours, we are of the Earth. We have stepped out of the Gaian family and made ourselves outcasts, no longer listening to the pleas and lamentations of our Forest kin to return.
In that alienation we have destroyed forests and lands, we are the cause of the extinction of our forest brethren, we ‘heal’ the planet to suit our needs, we encroach without permission, pity, thought into the lands and habitats of all others that share this planet. We have lost our humility as children of the Earth.
The Elementals spirits and beings of this world work tirelessly for our healing and return to the Forest; the animals, and environment try to contain us; we have become locusts upon the bosom of our Mother; Máthair Tei.
When the Earth sang to the stars, the song was so powerful it became the Great Tree and as the first star fell, the song was echoed in every tree that sprang form Her belly; she is the Forest, she is the trees, she is the song that calls us home.
This Conference will be held with special attention to and the connection to the Pataxó Tribe in the Brazilian Jungle. We will be networking and working synchcronistically with the Chief and Paje of this tribe in the reforestation of their tribal lands; part of this work will be sponsoring trees to be planted by the people of the Pataxó for their descendants.
It is a great honour that we have been given permission to use one of their songs and dances for this conference and that Chief Araçaí is considering being with us at the 2014 Conference.
We are called through this Conference & Gathering to be humble again, to be innocent again, to surrender and return to our place within the family that calls to us.
2012 year 1- ‘Bones of the Ancestors’ was the first step of the 13 month long journey, trial and commitment that the Ancient Ones from the Time Before Time has asked and called for; we called the Ancestors to be with us in our amnesiac struggle. Now it is time to go to and be with them and ask for the Descendants, making and clearing the paths to the Descendants for whom we are the Ancestors.
2013 year 2 – ‘Return to the Forest’; is to open ourselves to those who already call us ancestors; to be the song for the Descendants.
2014 year 3, ‘On all Fours’, will be to understand our equality with all the Children of the Earth
It is also our Intention for this and all Conferences & Gatherings presentations in common to raise a consciousness of forgiveness & surrender as part of our commitment to global harmony and the deepening equal relationship between all the children of the Earth and the Spirits. Such is a committed prayer in Spirit to the survival of our planet and in hope for our species.
The 33-acre site features endless grass fields and forested nature trails. The site has two large lounges, that can hold up 30 people each, a large room used as an Arts/Crafts facility which could hold up to 50 people, an outdoor Pavilion with central Fire which can hold up to 100 people and extensive grounds for outdoor work and there will also be a Marquee for 100 people and a smaller Marquee for 50 people. There is also an outdoor fire pit with a semicircular amphitheater and large grassed spaces for outdoor ceremonies and presentations.
This Conference is prescribed by direct spirit intervention and will be a full conference of morning meditations, morning focus plenaries on the relationship between The Forest and humans with afternoon choices of workshops and teachings, healings, ceremonies. Each day will culminate in an Evening Ceremony for the whole gathering.
There will be a Shaman market, healing ceremonies and quiet time, plus the opportunity to attend pre-conference workshops and ceremonies and the Initiation Ceremony of new Pathfinders to the Wolven Path Tradition & Lineage.
The conference will be a full 5 days, and have more, shorter workshops, with the choice of adding a selection of 2 pre-conference modules, which will includes up to an extra 2 days.
We called for teachers to come and share their wisdom and enthusiasm for this work, so that we can have a full and rich choice of experiences for the Gathering and who will draw us together in the magic of Spirit and the wisdom of the Ancestors in our journey towards the time of the Descendants

He understands his initiation as the continuation of an unbroken Tree of life ‘blood’ lineage that has been handed down for thousands of years. In 2009 he founded the Sacred Yew Institute as an educational body to teach the healing practices and to communicate the knowledge of this lineage. Michael teaches throughout the US and in the UK. With an ancestral history of being a nomadic community, moving from the mountain to the plains, to the sea, to the valley, we have a need to carry our tools with us not knowing when we will hear the lament, and help the lost return to the forest. This workshop intends to assist with the quandary of where do we keep or carry our spirit items so they are safe and at hands reach. We will guide participants on journey to make a ‘Shamanic Spirit Carrier’, essentially a medium size leather pouch to carry their spirit items.

She will be again creating the visuals for the Great Forest throughout the conference and will be presenting ‘Devotion to the Trees’. Trees are always speaking. Their every shape and sounds is from the stillness, the simplicity yet ever-complex language of the lessons of love; we do not need very much instruction to learn to listen to the lessons of the trees. We only need to be still and wait.

This will be her 4th SCGMSS conference presentation. She will be presenting ‘The Essence of the Forest’, during which each participant will create a vibrational essence of one spiritual aspect of The Forest. The various essences will be combined to create one or more complex and transformational vibrational healing essences. She will also be co-facilitating with Jeff Stockton on ‘The Yrgriddian Bridge’ and part of the final evening ceremony.

Richard suggests it is more accurate to say that fear has been making the world go around. We are afraid of something that we made up. It is the story of 'separation'.
In the workshop, ‘Welcome Home’, we will experience where our levels of comfort with each other are. And then they will go beyond. We will look at how our judgments affect our experience in the world and how this judgment projects the world we seem to experience and to awaken the capacity to welcome each other with a deep appreciation of the perfection and beauty that we all are. He will also be co-facilitating with Jeff Stockton on ‘The Yrgriddian Bridge’ and part of the final evening ceremony.

He is also initiated into the Brazilian shamanic tradition of the Makunaiman. In his presentation, ‘Journey to the Heart – Pathway for the return to the Forest’, he will awaken us to the fact that we are trapped in an ongoing dream that severs us from our oneness with all our fellow creatures of the forest and by deepening our individual awareness of how the societal dream keeps us separate from our oneness with all of creation, and deadens us to the great destruction that this dream continues to inflict on our world, will provide us tools for the peaceful restoration of our hearts and souls to the Forest.
