K-W Pagan Pride Day

When: Sep. 26th. 2004
Where: Waterloo, Ontario

Come celebrate K-W's 2nd Annual PPD event!!

Event Details: 2004 marks the 2nd annual Pagan Pride day event for the K-W Region. This year's event will have a similar feel as last, but with more workshops, vendors, and activities!

Throughout the day we plan to offer a variety of vendors, workshops of several topics, rituals throughout the day, harvest potluck feast, places to celebrate and worship, music, face paint, and fun! This year's main ritual will be run by the K-W Pagan Temple.

Our Schedule of events:

12:30pm - Open Ritual & Mabon Celebration
1:00pm - Story Telling Tarot (El-Sharra)
1:00pm - An Introduction to Geomantic Divination (Ralph)
1:50pm - Game, Ankh Toss
2:00pm - Historical Overview & Modern Esoteric Uses of the Runes (Mark)
2:00pm - Healing with Energy: From Wands to Reiki (Tiff)
2:50pm - Game, Cerridwen's Cauldron
3:00pm - Magic for Two Workshop (Heather/John)
3:00pm - Body Image, Body Art: A workshop for Teens (Maddie)
3:50pm - Game, Chakra Bean-Bag Toss
4:00pm - Tai Chi (Heath)
4:00pm - Pathwork Begins: Visualization & Meditation (Oakwyndhr)
4:50pm - Game, Three-Sisters Relay Race

6:00pm - Main Ritual Hosted by The KW Pagan Temple

Event Location: Waterloo Park in Waterloo
Event TIME Details: Noon until 8pm

Directions: KWPPD 2004 will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2004 at Waterloo Park Picnic Area's #1 & 2 (same as last years event) .

Directions: If you have not been to Waterloo Park before, or are unfamiliar with the several entrances to get into the picnic areas, we suggest a quick search on For the search options please enter "Albert St & Central St" for Waterloo, On and it will bring up a current map of where you need to go!

We suggest entering the park at Central St, and parking in the Central St Lot. From there a quick walk continuing up the road will get you there. If you park in the main lot off of Seagrams drive, you would want to make your way behind the animals and up the hill. We will be placing signs throughout the park to direct people.
