Wonderworks & Jeremy Finkelstein announces...

Mindful Living: A New Meditation Group

When: Every Monday-Friday
Where: Toronto, Ontario

Practicing Mindfulness Meditation Every Monday to Friday

Event Details: MINDFUL LIVING is a new home for daily Mindfulness meditation in downtown Toronto. All are welcome to join us and benefit from the support offered by practicing mindfulness meditation in a group setting. This is a great way to sustain and strengthen your meditation practice. Our sitting group is open to those new to mindfulness meditation and experienced practitioners alike. Mindful Living is here to support your practice every Monday to Friday.

The meditation sittings are 45 minutes long and start precisely at 9:15am. Participants are asked to arrive at 9:00 to allow time to settle in. The doors will be closed when the 9:15 bell rings to allow for a quiet, uninterrupted sitting period. We will be using a variety of methods to guide our Mindfulness Meditation. For example: Audio instruction by well known experts such as Jon Kabat-Zinn and Jack Kornfield; Guest Meditation Guidance from teachers in the Mindfulness Community; Member-guided Meditation·as well as occassional un-guided sits (complete silent meditation without instruction)

We look forward to practicing Mindful Living with you. Please contact Jeremy for more information, and for advance registration - jeremy.mindfulliving@gmail.com or visit http://www.meetup.com/MINDFUL-LIVING-TORONTO/

Event Location: Wonderworks, 79a Harbord St in Toronto
Event TIME Details: 9-10am

Directions: Wonderworks is located at the corner of Harbord St and Spadina, in Toronto's downtown Annex neighbourhood, adjacent to the University of Toronto.
