Mondays Open Ayurvedic Yoga

Event Details: Every Monday, except Dec. 24 & 31st.
For all levels, beginners to advanced
A weekly Hatha Flow class that is customized to the members of the class according to their constitutional needs based on Ayurvedic principles. Each class will have an Ayurvedic focus to help each practitioner to build their knowledge and integration of Ayurveda into their sadhana (practice) .
Classes will also have a focus on anatomical aliment for safe and engaging asana practice, integrating pranayama (breathing techniques) , bandhas (locking techniques) mantra (chants) , meditation and visualization, and Yoga Nidra (relaxation/rejuvenation practice) .
$15/class (please bring your own mat)
