Event Details: Feb 2nd, SIMUCOR celebrates the cross quarter day between the Solstice and the Equinox known as Imbolc, Candlemas, etc. (refer to the list of seasonal holydays around the world at this time in the attached file) The ceremony will be the first in the new age after the end of 2012 and the Mayan Calendar. We survived once again! The new cycle being started is a on a cosmic scale. The Goddess has returned and Magick is afoot! We are in the Age of Aquarius! Ask your local astrologer what is happening now. In light of these cosmic events, our celebration of 'being in the belly of the Mother' with kith and kin will have special significance honoring new cycles - the beginning of 2013 and the Age of Aquarius.
* Time: Arrival begins at noon, ritual will start promptly @ 2:00 p.m.

It is on the corner of Essa Road and Burton Ave. in Barrie; across from the Dragon Restaurant and beside the ESSO Station on Essa Road.
It is the Orange Hall, but the sign on building says Yoga Hall.
Folks getting off the 400 head toward downtown and Burton Ave head toward downtown and Burton Ave. is the fourth set of lights. Turn right onto Burton and the Lodge is on the left. There will be street parking available.
PLEASE NOTE: we have to take our garbage home with us..so come prepared.
* What to bring: Ritual gear (if you have it) ; potluck dish/beverage; feast gear (plate, cup, utensils) musical instrument if you are so inclined.
* Cost: $2.00 members; $5.00 non-members
