Where: Toronto, Ontario

Imbolg Merry Meet Pub Moot

Event Details: This month on Jan. 31st we celebrate the coming of Imbolg Februray 2 nd
( aka Ground Hog Day ) to honor the Goddess who is slowly turning the wheel of the year to spring. Winter was a harsh season for our ancestors, sympathetic magick was/is used to lure back the sun and speed the coming of spring.
Imbolg lore mostly originates in Ireland and is the day to honor the Great Mother Goddess Bridgid.
To honor St. Bridgid we will offer you the opportunity to make a St. Bridgid's Cross that you can take home with you. I will be experimenting with different grasses and corn husks. Feel free to bring your own to make it more personal. If the materials can be harvested they will provided for free, if I need to purchase materials then there will be a small materials free.
We will offer more information about Imbolg to those interested and as always have information on coming events, pagan resources, a variety of food n' drink off the menu, and great conversation. Meet at the back area tables and look for the big spell book and our mascot "sorting hat" if you are new to Meeting with us.
Merry Part, Merry Meet, should we meet again.

Event Location: 335 Bloor St. West in Toronto
Event TIME Details: 7pm to at least 12 am

Directions: TTC St. George Subway Station South side of Bloor St. just west of the Bata Shoe Museum at the Regal Beagle Pub
