Event Details: Knowing your herbs is an essential skill in the path of the hedgewitch. Herbalist Natasha Richardson leads seasonal walks for learners, identifying native plants that are important in British folklore and in herbal medicine in this foraging walk in a Central London park. The walk follows the theme of the season, its common illnesses and herbs which treat them. The one-our walk is followed by a sit-down chat session with a herb study, making a tincture, and questions and answers. Natasha Richardson is a qualified medical herbalist who is an engaging popular teacher. She has a private practice (Rowan Remedies) as well as five years working with Neals Yard Remedies.
