Event Details: Come and experience the joy and wonder of giving and receiving Reiki.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing system granted to Mikao Usui the founder of the tradition in modern times. Reiki is guided by the divine source of the universe and can do no harm. Practitioners of Reiki are conduits for the Reiki energy. The Reiki energy is of extremely high frequency and is not tainted by the physical, emotional, mental or spiritual condition of the practitioner.
Normally, the ability to tap into and use Reiki must be passed in person from master teacher to student during an attunement process. However, when two or more Reiki practitioners (especially master level) gather in an area then anyone in that area can temporarily can do Reiki. This is because the vibrational rate of the area is raised to such an extent that it flows even into those not attuned.
While giving Reiki to others you are also receiving Reiki yourself.
Reiki is performed fully clothed. However, we do suggest that you wear comfortable attire. It is suggest that you take a cleansing/purifying bath/shower before arriving. Reiki can be performed either hands on or hands off the body. There is never any contact with private areas (breasts or genitals) so these areas are always done hands off.
At the beginning of the share we will determine how long we wish to do Reiki and based on how many people are present we will divide the time appropriately ... for instance, with 8 people each person would get about 10 minutes on the Reiki table if we were doing Reiki over an hour and a half period. (And keep in mind that as you give Reiki you get Reiki so you are getting Reiki the entire time) .
Usually we have at least 2 independent Usui/Tibetan Reiki Masters and one or more Reiki 2 practitioners at any share. The owner of the store is an independent Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher, Karuna Reiki (r) Master Teacher and a Rainbow Reiki Body of Light Instructor.
