Kuan Yin, Mother of Compassion

Where: Glendale, Arizona
3rd Annual Goddess Celebration for Women
Event Details: Kuan Yin, Mother of Compassion, will be celebrated through rituals, crafts and presentations. Participants are encouraged to network their services, businesses, and resources. Promoting sisterhood and self-empowerment are primary goals.
An important part of the celebration is to donate to a charity that benefits women. The Kuan Yin event will contribute to the Sojourner Center in Phoenix, a shelter and support service to thousands of individuals affected by domestic violence.
Volunteers provide all leadership and program development.

Crafts: Joye Sass (Kuan Yin Elixir) and Not Yet Assigned (Kuan Yin prayer beads)

Fund Raising Events: handcrafted Kuan Yin Icons and Gourd Rattles with removable corks will be for sale at Norse Wolf Pack's Winter Nights and at Fantasia's 20th Anniversary Extravaganza. See photos of Kuan Yin Icons and Gourd Rattles on GEA website.
Kuan Yin tote bags and Food Magick cookbooks are also for sale as part of fundraising.
