We have a catered meal planned (only 100 available) , all tickets must be purchased prior to the event at The Northern Winds (602-277-0538) . No meal tickets will be sold at the event. Here's our menu: Baked Ziti with ground beef

Lasagna with italian sausage
Ceasar Salad w/ chicken, croutons, and parmesan on the side - this should cover gluten & lactose sensitive folks. We'll offer Cesar dressing, italian dressing, and a gluten free option
Bread & butter
Come and join with your local community to celebrate and share wisdom on our many wonderful and important traditions and folkways. We will have a Historical Costume Contest for adults with prizes, Costume Contest for kids twelve and under (anything goes) , Optional Catered lunch (details coming soon) , Shopping with local vendors, Raffle and auction, Children’s activities, Free presentations, Rituals, Cash bar, Information on different spiritual paths and much more!
If you would like to be involved with the planning of this this event, we are inviting all greater Phoenix area groups and individuals to the three public meetings scheduled this year. Groups and groups of individuals who can contribute financially on a small scale will be able to help with the planning and actualization of the event.
We also have a family fun day planned as a fundraiser on December 1st and are looking for face painters, Reiki healers and other folks that would donate their time and services, please contact grimmelwolf@yahoo.com if you would like to help.
Store or group sponsors: Any local retail store, online shop, organization or group that cannot donate time, can become sponsors of the event for a $35 donation, or a donation of goods matching or exceeding that amount. These organizations will benefit from being listed as sponsors in our printed promo materials, on various websites and will also be mentioned prior to the auction at the event. November 25th, 5pm at Falcon Field Park in Mesa, the address is 5880 E. Falcon Field Drive, east of Greenfield and just north of McKellips.
A catered meal will be provided for those who wish to purchase tickets, information will be posted soon. Due to the catering, there will be no pot-luck for this event.

There will be no pets, weapons or outside alcohol allowed on the grounds. Please supervise your children at all times.
