Crossroads Tribal announces...
Family Fun Day (for Crossroads Tribal Gathering)
When: Dec. 1st. 2012
Where: Phoenix, Arizona
A fun day at the park!
Event Details: Tickets available at The Northern Winds and at the event. We really encourage folks to come down to the store and pre-pay, cash only please, and we will offer a two door prize entry tickets to those who can do this for us. This will make it much easier for us to figure out how many folks are coming. If you have questions feel free to call 602-277-0538.
Psychic Readings - Henna - Face Painters - Massage - Guest Speakers - Sumbel - Kid's activities - Classes - Reiki - Music - Guided Meditation - and more!
Join us for a family friendly fun day at the park to help support the Crossroads Tribal Gathering coming early next year.
A $10 donation (cash only please) gives folks access to guest speakers, psychic readers, chair massage, guided meditations, and much more. We will also have a kids activity table and story time, and kids will get in for free. We strongly encourage tipping the folks that have graciously donated their time for this fun event.
We will have snacks and drinks available for purchase, or feel free to bring a picnic lunch if you wish.
We are looking for folks who would donate their time and services, such as face painting, henna, psychic readers, guest speakers, Reiki practiioners, massage therapists, anything that would be valued at a general pagan event. So far we have planned:
Guest speaker Vincent Enlund: I am generally known as VikingJack, online. I’m 39 years old and Married with 2 wonderful kids. I have been Asatru for more then 20 years. My wife and I are very active in the heathen community (wandererkindred.org) . I have been an active Motorcycle rider since 1982. I’ve been a part of or teaching both eastern and western Martial Arts since 1984. I have a BA in Visual Communications and an MA in Cultural Arts. I am a professional Graphic Designer working full time for a national technology company, as well as running my own Design Studio (longshipstudio.com) ands Martial Arts Club (krigarenve.com) .
Guest musician: Damon DeMartin is a multi-talented artist and musician who produces both electronic, and flute music.
Damon has recorded, and produced three flute albums, and will be releasing a drum meditation CD which is still in the works.
Guest speaker: Amy Erwin "Brewing Kombucha"
Doug "The Strongman" will be available to pick people up for fun
Children's Activities: Making Pet Rocks (with Erik) ,

Heilny's Handtastic Henna 'Art for any part'
Specializing in freehand henna inspirations. Heilny is an art school graduate with formal training in graphic design exuding a flare of whimsy and mayhem. Using graphic illustrative lines in design varying from tribal, pop art, surrealism to realism styling. Heilny enjoys creating works of art for tattoo flash, greeting cards, paintings, and everything in between.
