Monthly Drumming and Meditation Circle
Event Details: This is an open drumming and meditation circle that occurs monthly on the Saturday closest to the full moon. We are not professional drummers - we celebrate and make joyful noises while practicing sacred drumming. The event is free. If you have a drum or rattle, great! If not, no worries. We meet at 7:00 for smudging and creating circle with drumming shortly thereafter. Afterward, we share food and snacks as a family. All are welcome! The circle is facilitated by Terri Vacek, CMT/RMT, owner and founder of Earth Touch Wellness Center and Earth Touch Wisdom.
Event Location: 111 W C St., Ste. C - Earth Touch Annex in Benicia
Event TIME Details: Smudging and creating circle at 7:00 pm with drumm
Directions: Take 2nd st. exit off I-780. Left on 2nd, right on Military West, Left on 1st st. Follow 1st Street to C St. ( a small street that ends in the boatyard.) The annex is in the Cedar Building - Suite C.
