There’s no one that I know who wouldn’t like to have a better memory, better focus, greater concentration, and a more alert mind. Nutritional deficiencies, stress, environmental factors, diet, and many other issues all contribute to a brain that works on a sub-par level. In addition, the incidence of ADD/ADHD is increasing dramatically, in both children and adults, and we see an increase in age-related memory disorders, as well.
Thankfully, there are quite a number of herbs, nutrients, and foods that can contribute to reversing this trend, with both rapid and cumulative effects. These compounds can be invaluable when you just feel like your brain is wrapped in wet wool, and when you have forgotten, for the umpteenth time, where exactly you parked your car.
We’ll discuss herbs, certainly, and nutrients, but we’ll also look at lifestyle issues that are contributing factors, and we’ll construct an optimal diet to support a healthy brain through your elder years.
