Full Moon Bookstore [Witchvox Sponsor] announces...

Tarot Basics, for beginners & beyond

When: Oct. 25th. 2014
Where: Lakewood, Colorado

A 5-session Tarot series

Event Details: Step into symbolism, mystery and self-discovery with the Tarot.

The cards are a powerful tool of exploration and knowledge, but they can also feel overwhelming, especially if you're trying to learn this complex subject just from books. Live, interactive classes are far more fun, and they make learning much easier as well.

You'll learn about:
•Special ways to tap your own intuition and memory to personalize the meanings of the cards
•Exercises using the Tarot for personal discovery
•In-depth insights into the Tarot's Major and Minor Arcanas, explored through the symbolism of the classic Rider-Waite-Smith deck.

The course includes:
•Extensive handout pages
•Recorded Tarot meditations
•Then, if you like, join our on-going Tarot study group
You'll understand and be able to do basic readings for yourself and others by the end of this 5-session course, and have a powerful new tool for your personal spiritual path.

Class dates:
Saturdays, Oct. 25, Nov. 1, 8, 15, and 22, 2014,
from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. This is a series, not a drop-in class, with no late registration available after we begin on Oct. 25, so please plan to attend all the sessions.
Cost: $100.

"This is an excellent class! I highly recommend it, and I would be attending it again if it did not conflict with my work schedule."

This came from someone who has already repeated the class twice - FREE - because as a guarantee on this class, once you’ve paid for the full series, you’re welcome to repeat the course whenever it’s offering at no additional charge (space allowing) so you can make up a missed class, review and revisit the material, or just get back in a room full of tarot-people.

Because we're working in depth with the Tarot's symbolism, we'll all be using the same basic Rider-Waite deck, variously known as the Rider deck, the Rider-Waite-Smith deck, the Pamela Colman Smith deck.
Acceptable versions are:
•Rider-Waite "Yellow Box"
•The Original Rider-Waite (facsimile with muted coloring)
•Pamela Colman Smith Commemorative Set (100th Anniversary edition, muted color)
•The Universal Waite (modern soft recoloring)
•The Radiant Waite Tarot (modern BRIGHT recoloring)
I'll have loaner decks available for use during the first session so you can check them out before choosing which to buy.

Renna Shesso has been working with the Tarot for twenty+ years and is a Certified Tarot Reader.

Please register in advance.
To reserve your space with a non-refundable $50 deposit via Paypal, please email Renna directly: or use the second link below.
