Event Details: Sacred Stone Circle invites you to the
First Annual Drumming Down The Sun
June 20, 2012, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.*

*Sunset is about 8:32PM, Moonset is 9:20PM - 1 day after the New Moon (in Cancer) .

Bring your drums, rattles, pentagram tambourines and yourselves. Help celebrate the Summer Solstice and the change from the Light (Goddess) half of the year to the Dark (God) half of the year. We offer this event as a way to bring balance and celebration to our tradition of Drumming Up The Sun on the Winter Solstice. Join us in honoring the changes that this solar event marks. Addenbrooke Park is on Kipling Parkway just south of Alameda (@ Exposition) , at 600 S. Kipling Parkway, Lakewood, CO 80226

We have reserved shelters #1 and #2 near the lake (accessed from the West entrance of the park) . Parking is available and free. Rest rooms available. Park shelters are accessible by wheel chair. RTD access is close from the #100 and #3 buses.

We will have a “popcorn bar” with a variety of toppings and water/soft drinks for donations (proceeds go towards the shelter fee) .
