Outer Court Classes - weekly
When: Wednesdays
Where: Derby, Connecticut
Informative classes for the new practioner
Event Details: A series of basic classes for the beginner and solitary practitioner. Led by Rev. Alicia Lyon Folberth. Hand outs and a suggested reading list is provided for all classes.
These classes offer guidance to seekers, and to help determine what the best path for them may be. The focus is on devotional worship rather than the practice side of Wicca. Those who attend these series of classes may be considered for inner court.
Classes will cover different topics such as: Wicca as a Religion, History, Modern Laws, Ethics, Sabbats, Moons, Ritual, Tools & Altars, Initiation & the Mysteries, and Traditions.
Our classes and moons are still being held privately, but we will be open to new students this fall. We always have room for sincere students, but we need to meet with you first.
If you are interested, please contact me at PantheanTemple@aol.com. An interview and several orientation classes are required.
Basket donations will be accepted for the Panthean Temple, $10 is a suggested donation, but no one will be turned away if they cannot afford to donate.
At some point soon we will be switching over to the standard Odyssean Tradition classes, and we will be searching for a new public location.
