Drop-In Sessions at Talisman
Event Details: Meditation Machinations is a "come if you can" drop-in group for all levels of expertise - whether very new or very experienced at meditation. Novices will find that meditation provides the foundation of clearing and grounding that is necessary to perform magick, spellwork and past life regression. Simon has led groups of all sizes and will introduce all sorts of meditations - so if you have had difficulty in the past at "letting go and going into the Now" you may find one of these techniques is the key to your success!
Classes begin January 16 - in event of holiday or bad weather, a call to confirm is recommended (261-0047) .
