Connecting with the elements workshops
When: Wednesdays OR Sundays from 8/4
Where: Warren, Connecticut
Five classes to help participants to reconnect to the sacred elements
Event Details: August 4, 2010 OR August 8, 2010: Connecting to the Earth
The Wednesday class will be held at the top of Cobble Mountain in Macedonia State Park in Kent, CT, which is a difficult but worthwhile climb. We will meditate in order to connect to the power of the earth for spiritual strength. Be prepared to work hard for this class!
The Sunday class will be held at Kathy's house in Warren, CT. Please RSVP for directions. The content will be similar to the content for the Wednesday class.

Aug. 25 OR Aug. 29: Connecting to Fire
Sept. 1 OR Sept. 5: Connecting to Water
Sept. 8 OR Sept. 12: Connecting to Spirit
