Tarot Classes (Series of four classes)

Tarot Series: Learn to intuitively read the cards.
Event Details: Curious about the mystery that surrounds a deck of 78 Tarot cards? Join us for our series of four classes that will introduce you to the cards and help you develop your own understanding.
Tarot Basics is our first class that will give an overview of Tarot, discuss various decks, introduce you to the symbolism of the cards and assist you in finding your own meanings for the cards.
Tarot Symbolism will continue to broaden your understanding of the symbolism of the cards to include the elements, numerology, symbols, animals, structures, and others to assist you in moving from relying on the decks meanings to becoming more comfortable with your own interpretations. We will also cover the Minor Arcana and their relationships with symbolism on the cards, numerology; connection with elements and discuss their story.
Major Arcana will continue to broaden your understanding of the tarot from a story telling perspective. You will learn the structure of the Major Arcana and how it works as story as well as the specific symbolism that is associated with this portion of the deck.
Spreads & Readings will assist you in understanding the basics of reading for yourself and others. You will learn the structure of the three card and the Celtic Cross spread, as well as how to connect the cards to create a meaningful reading. During this class we will also discuss grounding, reading for others, specialty spreads and wrap up our series on the Tarot.
