Open Beltane celebration!
When: May. 5th. 2012
Where: Windsor, Connecticut
Maypole, ritual and more!
Event Details: Come and celebrate Beltane with Twilight Fire Circle on Saturday, May 5th! We are an ecclectic Wiccan/Pagan church that is open to all respectful participants, and children are welcome. We will have a Maypole, chosen with permission from the park, crafts, a ritual and more. We have secured a beautiful outdoor site with its own fire pit, which will allow us to have a bale fire and also to cook outside; please bring a dish to share!
CT is blessed to have a number of Beltane events, but many of them are designed to take place over the course of several days and can be quite far away depending on your location. Our celebration is designed to foster community and embrace the holiday, but in the span of a few hours. If this sounds right for you, please feel free to RSVP or contact us with any questions. Right on Poquonock Ave ( Route 75 north)
Travel approximately 1 mile.
Take 1st LEFT ( Prospect Hill Road ) AFTER traffic signal.
Go to traffic circle bearing RIGHT on Lang Road.
Continue to end of Lang Road and the Northwest Park parking lot.
