Children's Lughnasadh
When: Jul. 27th. 2013
Where: Storrs, Connecticut
Bring the kids and join us for a child oriented Lughnasadh rite
Event Details: Our children’s ritual begins at 10 am and it will honor the Irish god Lugh.
The ritual script can be found at http://www.charteroakadf.org/children/ . Children will have an opportunity at the beginning of the ritual to color a picture as an offering, however, they are also welcome to bring something they found or made at home.
All children attending the ritual must be accompanied by an adult. We will be serving cupcakes and juice as part of the ritual. If for some reason your child cannot partake (food allergies, etc.) than we would appreciate it if you could bring a suitable substitute.
After the ritual, children and their parents are welcome to stay and either participate in the main ritual at 11:00 am and join us for the post ritual pot luck.

Event TIME Details: 10:00 am
