Samhain at Summerland
When: Oct. 30th. 2004 - Oct. 31st. 2004
Where: Bonita Springs, Florida
This will be an Open Invitation celebration .
Event Details: This celebration will begin at 8:00 P.M. with the Ritual at 11:00 P.M. and continue throughout the night. Bring a tent if you would like to do some primitive overnight camping. We will be tending the fire all night in honor of the Ancestors, so come join us in this most sacred time. The Order of Sonnwend will be performing the Samhain ceremony and will be incorporating the burning of the wicker man in this rite. Bring something you wish to sacrifice, rid yourself of or pass on to the other side, ritual wear, costume, drums, and if you want, something to place on the altar in rememberance of of an ancestor, friend, etc, also a pot luck dish and drink to share with the feast.
