Event Details: NEWS! Phoenix Festivals is proud to annouce the addition of Tribalektic. Tribalektic is a diverse group of eclectic drummers involved in combining the individually created rhythmical patterns of sound into a cohesive circle of being. We be drumming!

AutumnMeet 2009 will be held on privately owned land located in Lakeland, Fl. Oct 21 – 25, 2009.
Event Fees:
$50 for the full event if purchased before Sept 1st, 2009.
*PLEASE NOTE: Registration fees increase to $60 Sept 1st. and $70 on Sept 21st. Preregistration closes October 10th, IF AVAILABLE Gate registration is $80
$20 for a day pass – good for one day from 9am until 11pm on Thurday, Friday or Saturday.
$15 for kids 3-18 with a parent or legal guardian
This pagan gathering site is very well located in Central Florida at 2505 West Bella Vista Street in wonderful Lakeland, FL.
Primitive Tent camping is available and RV’s are welcome.
There is no electricity available on site. Generators are welcome but their use will restrict your available camping area choices (this applies to RV’s also) .
Primitive showers are available on site.
Close to Exit 31 from I-4. AutumnMeet 2009 will be held in a wonderful grove “Under the Oaks”. There are many hotels, restaurants, grocery stores nearby.
Ground fires are NOT permitted. However raised portable campfires are permitted. Wood MAY or MAY NOT be available for sale on site. So please plan accordingly.
The site is skyclad friendly.
There are no provisions available for early arrival for this event. Gates open at 9am on the 21st and close at 4 pm on the 25th. Everyone must be off site by 4 pm on Sunday. Registration is now open. Please make every effort to pack out what you pack in. It’s just the right thing to do. Besides “Mom” likes it.
The merchant fee for this gathering is $20.00 per 10 ft. x 10 ft. space (this is in addition to registration fees) . Multiple merchant spaces may be purchased; contact us directly if you need a larger area.
Many workshops are being offered. Some workshops slots are still available.
For over 17 years, this Pagan Gathering in Central Florida has brought together a collection of many individuals, of many paths, we circle, we share, and we build community with one idea. That idea is that we can all be a community without acknowledging the same gods and goddesses. We are a community of diverse beliefs who accept that there is more than one path to deity, and that my path may not be your path, but we are still brothers and sisters.
