Great News, classes, circles, sabbats, etc
When: We hope Samhain can be our first ritual/
Where: Cocoa Beach, Florida
Who would be interested
Event Details: We have managed to secure a large room, for seminars, circles, classes, sabbat celebrations, group networking, it will be your group.
The room is very large, has a kitchen, washroom facilities, is very clean and well maintained. We also have a heated pool, closes at nine, but we can work out the details for anyone wanting to use it prior to the group. We also have access to a sauna. Sounds good doesn’t it. The room will hold 123 people. The room is also available for private parties, celebrations etc, it is up to us to book it and be responsible for our guests. Talk to us if you have a need.
Sandy is now a notary public, she just needs to finish off a few things, then we are open for handfasting, conducted by and notarized by Sandy. The uses are endless.
Send us your friend’s emails so they can be informed just like you are.
We will also have merchandise available for sale, cash only as we don't have a portable credit card machine yet. Get excited and put on your thinking caps. If you know any good speakers or service providers let us have the information.
I will make myself available for readings too, bookings only.
This is why we really need your input so that we can secure the room privately on a regular basis.
We will also be looking for a few volunteers to help with the prep work.
Samhain is fast approaching and we want to secure the room for October 31st, but we need your help. Fees will be based according to the event.
Donations will be gratefully acceptable for replenishment of supplies.
We were thinking of a pot luck for after the classes etc.
We know there are a lot of you out there looking for an informal group. This is not going to be coven based,
What we need to know from you, is how many would be interested in circles, seminars etc.
To get an idea, so that we can secure the room, we are asking for your feedback.
How many of you would like to attend regular circles, seminars and networking.
All of these would be in the evening.
Here is what we are asking from you.
Drop us an email, with the following;
1) What you would be interested in attending regularly,
2) The night of the week that would best suit you.
3) The best time in the evening for you.
4) Any special requests for topics, subjects etc.
We will take all the emails and find out the most popular requests and go with the majority.
This is a great opportunity for networking, learning, celebrating our Sabbats and having fun. Pass the information to your friends, have them send us an email so we can add them to out invite list.
We don't want to pass up the opportunity, this will be your group so let yourself be heard.
