Sundays, August 4th & August 11th from 12:30 – 5:30 PM
and August 18th from 3 – 5:30 PM
Jin Shin Jyutsu, physio-philosophy is an ancient art of harmonizing the life energy in the body. It brings balance to the body’s energy, which promotes optimal health and well-being, and facilitates our own profound healing capacity. It is a valuable complement to conventional healing methods, including relaxation and reducing the effects of stress.
Through Jin Shin Jyutsu, our awareness and understanding are awakened to the knowledge that we are all endowed with the ability to harmonize and balance ourselves – spiritually, mentally, and physically. This beautiful, simple art is our inheritance. Our hands are used as our built in “jumper cables” to energize the body’s run-down battery. This enables us to help ourselves and those around us in need of a recharge.
Nancy Wolf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling. She is certified Jin Shin Jyutsu and a Self-Help Instructor. Nancy shares her love of this Japanese art with others who are looking to experience a transformation to harmony, balance, and tranquility.
This two day workshop is on Sunday, August 4th and August 11th from 12:30 till 5:30 PM, August 18th from 3 – 5:30 PM. Cost of the workshop is $135. Deposit of $50 is required at the time of scheduling.
Please bring a yoga mat, light blanket, something to drink and a bag lunch.
