WHAT:
All over the world, local coordinators host Pagan Pride celebrations. Pagan Pride Day fosters dignity in Pagan identity through education, activism, charity, and community.
Atlanta’s 2012 Pagan Pride Day event includes a public gathering where Pagans can network with each other and celebrate an Autumn Equinox ritual as well as a food drive for he Pagan Assistance Fund and the Atlanta Community Food Bank, to share our abundant harvest with others in need. Atlanta Pagan Pride Day benefits the Pagan Assistance Fund and the Atlanta Community Food Bank by asking participants to bring a minimal donation of non-perishable food, collected on Pagan Pride Day and delivered to the Food Bank.
There will also be merchant booths, classes, music and dance performances, and many other activities.

Event Location: 701 West Howard Avenue in Decatur
Event TIME Details: 9AM to 6PM, Rain or Shine, Inside and Outdoors
Directions: Transportation notes: Marta and carpooling are recommended. There will be on-street parking. There is a bus stop in front of the Atlanta Friends Meeting Hall, and it is .4 miles from the East Lake Marta Rail Station. There is a covered walking bridge over College and Howard Avenues that allows one to take the sidewalk toward Decatur where the Hall is located.
