Sunday meditation and healing circle

Meditation
Event Details: Come on a peaceful Sunday afternoon to rejuvenate and grow with healing and meditation once a month, from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm at the Life Force Arts Center located at 3148 N Lincoln Ave in Chicago.
Meditating in a group can beneficial as you could also take what you have learned and felt and use that to start or bolster your daily spiritual practice. We will cover techniques from traditional sitting mediation to guided ones with eco-spiritual themes.
After mediation, we will take turns in a healing share where we take turns using the techniques and skills we know on each other. Even if you do not have specific healing knowledge, please come to be healed and share your good intentions for healing and wholeness- which are just as valid as any system.
Please join us in peace, and healing, in a warm and supportive place of fellowship
