Event Location: 3148 N Lincoln Ave. in Chicago
Event TIME Details: 4:30-10:30pm

Directions: Life Force Arts Center is located at 3148 N Lincoln, Chicago. This is a storefront on the west side of Lincoln Avenue, just south of the intersection of Belmont, Lincoln and Ashland. Our phone number is 773-327-7224

Parking:
THERE IS FREE STREET PARKING on the side streets west of Ashland Avenue or south of Barry Street. We recommend this parking as a first choice, since parking at the meters on Lincoln Avenue is quite expensive and it can be inconvenient to feed the meters in the middle of a program you are participating in.
If you do want to park at a meter, there is a City of Chicago metered parking lot on Barry Street, just south of the Center. Go south on Lincoln from Belmont, Barry is the stoplight where the Starbucks is. Make a sharp right onto Barry; the parking lot is on your right, before you get to Ashland. The cost of meters in this parking lot the last time we checked was a quarter (25 cents) per hour. You can put in up to 6 quarters for 6 hours. Meters in this lot are operational 24 hours a day. Please note that the parking meter situation is changing due to the city having sold the parking meters to a private company, so please check the information about payment on the meter itself when you park.
There are also meters on the streets near the Center, on Lincoln Avenue itself. We do not recommend parking at these meters since they are $1 per hour and are only two hour parking, so if you are in an activity that lasts longer than 2 hours you will have to go out to feed the meter. These meters are operational 8 AM - 9 PM seven days a week.

How to get to 3148 N Lincoln, Chicago
From 90-94: Traveling south - get off at the Belmont. Traveling north – get off at the Belmont ext. Go east on Belmont to Lincoln, which is an angled street. Turn right (south) on to Lincoln Avenue. 3148 N Lincoln is about the middle of the block between Belmont and Barry on Lincoln. For City of Chicago metered parking: go one block south, to Barry Street. Turn right onto Barry. The parking lot is on the north side of Barry, just before you reach Ashland Avenue.

From Lake Shore Drive: Get off at the Belmont exit. (Note: Belmont near Lake Shore Drive is very crowded. You may want to get off Lake Shore Drive at the Irving Park or Fullerton instead of Belmont.) Go on Belmont to the intersection of Belmont, Lincoln and Ashland. Turn left (south) on to Lincoln. For City of Chicago metered parking: go one block south, to Barry Street. Turn right onto Barry. The parking lot is on the north side of Barry, just before you reach Ashland Avenue.
