Many Paths CUUPS Study Circle

Starhawk's THE SPIRAL DANCE
Event Details: Many Paths CUUPS offers an ongoing Study Circle, led by members of the Leadership Circle. Topics are wide-ranging - everything from book discussion groups to areas of interest such as Tarot, Runes, Astrology, Herb Lore, Candle- and Soap-making, Creating Your Own Altar, Cycles in Mythology, Drumming, Ecstatic Ritual, Elements of Magic, Advanced Ritual Crafting, Kitchen Witchery, etc.
We welcome those of all backgrounds and levels of experience, from beginners to Elders. You do not have to be Pagan, Unitarian Universalist, or a member of the Many Paths CUUPS group to participate in Study Circle. We ask only that you come with an open mind, respect for our traditions and beliefs, and a willingness to learn and discuss with the group.
Study Circle is ongoing year-round, and participants are not required to commit to attending all of them. You are welcome to attend any Study Circle (s) that piques your interest throughout the year.
Our April Study Circles will be book discussions about Starhawk's THE SPIRAL DANCE, covering 3-4 chapters each week, ending with the last 3 chapters on April 29th, 2012. We have PDF versions of the chapters available upon request. Please email: info@manypathscuups.org for more details. No reservations required at this time. See you there!

Event TIME Details: Sundays, 1:00-3:00PM, beg. 4/1/12
Directions: Our Study Circle is held every first and third Sunday, from 1:00-3:00PM, beginning April 1st, 2012.
We meet at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Bloomington-Normal, at 1613 E. Emerson St., Bloomington, IL. Once there, go inside and down the stairs on your immediate left. At the bottom of the stairs, head left again and we will be in the last room at the end of the hall. Signs will be posted to help you out, but it's pretty straightforward.
