Event Details: Meditation Basics
A class designed to help you find the meditation technique that works for you. Marlita leads this class. We will discuss and experience a variety of simple, yet effective techniques that can increase your overall sense of well-being and reduce stress, as well as offering you the countless other benefits you may receive with regular meditation practice.
Handouts included. Everyone is welcome.
Please pre-register and pay for this workshop by June16th to pay only $20. Cost: after June 16 and walk-ins: $25.

Event TIME Details: 6pm-7:30pm
Directions: Take University Avenue to North Broadway Avenue. If you are coming from Champaign, make a right onto North Broadway. We are about two blocks up (after you cross the railroad tracks, start looking for parking) . We are on the corner on Water Street and North Broadway. The Urbana Civic center is just down the street on Water Street. Look for the big 117 as well as Beads N Botanicals in the window.
