Yoga for Your Body, Mind, and Spirit
Event Details: Stretch, strengthen and balance your body. Practice breath awareness and deep relaxation. Class is geared toward beginners with some yoga experience, but all levels are welcome and individual modifications will be offered. Wear comfortable, nonrestrictive clothing in layers. A limited number of mats are available, so please bring your own mat and any other yoga props you enjoy.
Date & Time: Wednesdays, October 7- December 16, 7:30-8:30 p.m. NOTE: There will be no class on Nov. 25
Cost: $100 for 10 classes

Event TIME Details: Wednesdays, October 7- December 16, 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Directions: From Route 495 (North or South) take exit 26, Route 62 – Hudson/Berlin. Make a right on Route 62 going East. Travel about 2 miles to the rotary in Hudson. Go straight through the rotary onto Main St./Route 62. Our church is about 1/10th of a mile on the left, on the corner of Church St. and Main St., next to the town hall. On-street parking is available on either Main or Church streets.
