Public Imbolg Celebration: Rite of Hestia

Preparing for stirrings of Spring, we honor Hestia of the HearthFire!
Event Details: At this time between Winter and Spring, we invoke the Greek Goddess of the Hearthfire:
Hestia, Eldest daughter of arch-ancestral Rhea,
Hestia, Whose Fire burns at the center of Olympus,
At the Hearth, the center of the Home,
And burns in our Souls.
Hestia, whose Fire purifies all that it touches.
All attendees are requested to bring a fully-cooked and prepared hearty dish to be shared at the post-ritual feast, along with serving utensils. We’ll supply cups, plates, eating utensils, and oven space to warm food. We do not sell or provide alcohol, but you may bring some for your own moderate consumption.
PLEASE be prompt! To allow us to begin our ritual on time, there will be no admittance after 7 PM.
This will be a serious magickal working for all participating, and as such is not suitable for children under 14. Families with younger children should check out our Pagan Family Imbolg on Sunday February 3!
