Directions: Directions to Cauldron Farm: From the north, east, and west: Take your best route to Rt. 2. Get off at Rt. 68 south in Gardner. Continue into Hubbardston; follow 68 through to the center of town (so small you'll blink and miss it; one gas station, library, church, etc.) and go under the blinking light and down the hill. You'll see a small billboard labeled "Wachusett Lumber"; take a left at the billboard onto Old Princeton Rd. Bear right at the fork and continue past little farms and houses until you come to a sign that says Dangerous "Interscetion". Bear right onto Simond Hill Road (not into Moosehorn retirement community) . Cauldron Farm is the first place on the right, with murals on the barn and garage. Pull into the driveway and you will likely be told where to park.
From the south: I-84 through Connecticut to I-90 east (the Mass Pike) to I-290 east to I-190 north to Rt. 140 north for about ten minutes, to Rt. 62 west through Sterling and Princeton and into Hubbardston, to Rt. 68 north less than a mile to the Wachusett Lumber billboard and Old Princeton Rd. on your right, and proceed from the directions above.
Alternate routes: You can take your chances trying to spot Ed Clark Road on 62, which leads to the other end of Simond Hill Road. It is the first right after you cross into Hubbardston from Princeton. Old Colony Road has been closed for quite some time, but your GPS may not know that. If you are coming down through Westminster, be advised that while Healdville Road is passable in most weather, it is very poorly paved.
