Class: Energetic Overwhelm: A course for Empaths
Class Description: What is an "Empath?" This is a person who is very open, very sensitive, and who is capable of absorbing the energies of those around them. They feel the emotional pain of others as though it is their own. They feel depressed and anxious for no apparent reason. What is actually happening is that they are taking on the negativity of others.
Many of you are empathic, that is, you are extremely sensitive to the energies of those around you. You feel both the negative and positive emotions of those you encounter, as well as take on the energies of the environment you are in.
If this sounds like you, this class will help you understand this phenomenon, maintain your energetic boundaries, and give you ways to stay energetically balanced so that you can be compassionate without actually taking on the emotions of others, thus allowing you to have more energy and live a happier life
