Norse Women's Spiritual Traditions
Event Details: Völva means staff carrier in Old Norse. Scandinavian women's spiritual leader, she travels alone from farm to farm doing healings, blessings, seidr/scrying, rune work and many other things. Staving (coined by me) is the use of stav in creating rhythm for this work and is at the center of these sessions.
Come and let your Völva emerge!

Body as instrument, body as stav, body as the world tree...With over 20 years of spiritual discipline, performance, and martial arts experience, sessions include stretching and body mechanics, creating rhythms, using voices for chant and song, and energy work.
