Composition and Uses of Magical Scents
Event Details: We will explore the categories of magical oils and examples of it in antiquity. The principal spirits who give guidance on composition and use of blended essences for magical work will be discussed. The source of ingredients for magical oils will be covered, i.e the use of plants, resins and flowers to make blended oils.
Examples of how the characteristics of plants are correlated to their magical connotations will be given. Finally some formula of some common oils and how they are changed to give new oils will be discussed. Uses and misuses of oils will be touched upon.
$25 per person.
Presented by: Teacher Michael Forde. Co-Founder of Keys of Paradise LLC. Masters of Chemistry (Edinburgh University) , currently doctoral researcher. 16 years experience in the spiritual arena, formally under the International Ministerial Council of Spiritual Baptists of Trinidad and Tobago. Practitioner of the Orisha tradition, and the theoretical and magical kaballah.
